EEStone Business Policy

Welcome to EEStone!
Hereby is the business policy for all those users who want to use our business features and services (you, companies, freelancers, buyers, clients) from www.ee-stone.com (we, us) and other third party partners who are helping us to provide our users the best service at EEStone. Therefore, please read the following business policy agreement carefully and acknowledge it. By using this site as a buyer or a service provider (Entrepreneur), you need to agree to our terms of service by clicking ‘Agree’ button before using any business services. If you don’t agree to this business policy you cannot use our service at EEStone.
This business policy is an agreement between users and EEStone. Moreover, this business policy can be changed by time to time whenever needed or whenever we update new features in EE-Entrepreneur. We’ll also notify you before making it applicable.

Overview:

This business policy is for all the buyers (or clients) who buy the services and sellers (service providers, Entrepreneurs and Freelancers) who make company profiles to sell the services. We want to create the best professional environment which is serious business, more friendly and beneficial for both buyers (clients) and sellers (Entrepreneurs) at EEStone. Most of EEStone business features are automated and based on advance technologies. We will provide you all the necessary features to make the eco-friendly business (in present and future) whether you’re buying as a single person, corporate or selling as a single person (freelancer) or corporate (team, company). But EEStone is not providing any payment safety to either buyer or seller till now (we’re working on it), that’s why it is your duty to check on each other (buyer to seller and seller to buyer) in details before doing any business or hiring process. In case of any dispute we’ll manually investigate the issue and resolve it in 48 hours. For that, we can also check the conversation history, contract details, scheduled time and more from both ends (if required) but we don’t take the payments responsibility till now (we’re working on it). However, we suggest you to keep your contract in between with other party for safety and to retain any flaws. we can also desperately ban the person’s account (social if buyer) or business account (if Entrepreneur) when he (she, they) has faced the disputes multiple times and found guilty.

Business Keys:

Entrepreneur The person who is a service provider, has a company profile, working as an individual or leading a team (company, corporate).
Client/Buyer Anyone who buys the service from the entrepreneur (sellers). "Services" Action of using skill and helping or doing work for clients in return of money.
Projects Any work task created or published by the client to get it done, "Posts" The posts created by Entrepreneurs to share their company stories, recent activities and future plans.
Supporter A User who follows Entrepreneurs, companies or corporates to see their updates, services and milestones.
Reviews The comments given by a client to the entrepreneur and by entrepreneur to the client after a project ends.
Rating Number of stars given by a client to the entrepreneur and by entrepreneur to the client after a project ends.
Work Performance Percentage amount of projects that entrepreneur has finished successfully.
Entrepreneur Proposal A proposal sent by an entrepreneur to the client for a project.
Client Proposal A proposal sent by a client to the Entrepreneur.
Contract An official agreement created between the client and entrepreneur hiring.
Workplace For clients to see and manage all the projects, contracts and payments history.
EE Panel For entrepreneurs to see and manage the company, services, team members, projects, clients and payments.
Online Services All those services which doesn’t require any physical appearance for both parties (client and entrepreneur).
Local Services All those services that require the physical presence of the service provider with the client or place.
Levels Levels of the Entrepreneur, with the lowest level "Bronze" and Highest level "Diamond".
Dispute The report for a service when both parties (buyer and seller) claim an issue between each other during a running project for investigation.

For Clients:

Only EEStone registered users (EESocial or Social Media account holders) can buy the services at EEStone.
You need to agree to Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before buying services at EEStone.
You can search for a service, corporate by its name or filter out the required service.
You can post a project (with title, description, time limit, budget, levels) and let the suitable Entrepreneurs reach you with their proposals.
Before clicking the ‘Hire Entrepreneur’ button you should see the person’s/company’s entrepreneur profile in details to make sure of your right choice.
When you click the ‘Hire Entrepreneur’ button, you need to explain the project (Title, Description) in details, its budget (Service Price), set milestones, service scheduled time (when the service ends) and proposal time limit (When the proposal ends).
After completing the hiring process, your proposal would be sent to the entrepreneur for approval.
Your proposal will be discarded if entrepreneur declines it or exceed the proposal time limit to approve.
When entrepreneur approves the proposal, your contract (agreement) will be created which is a guarantee between both parties (Client and Entrepreneur).
Both parties (Client and Entrepreneur) can also chat, video meetings and share files with each other until the contract ends.
The contract is an official agreement and it should remain in between both parties (Client and Entrepreneur).
We’ll keep your contract history safe until it ends to retain any dispute but we don’t guarantee your payment safety until now (we’re working on it).
You can manage your projects, contracts and payments at ‘Workplace’ in ‘Main Menu’.
The entrepreneurs can deliver you the project in contract box (only for online services).
When the contract ends, you need to pay the decided amount faithfully.
If you satisfy with the entrepreneur’s service, you need to reward the entrepreneur with good ratings and reviews for his company’s reputation.
Support the Entrepreneurs to support entrepreneurship and help them grow.
If you don’t satisfy with the service, you can leave the low ratings and negative reviews.
In case of any fraud, crime or dispute you face from other party, you need to submit a dispute to EEStone (we, us) right away. Our team will manually investigate the issue within 48 hours and ban the entrepreneur’s profile if guilty and necessary.
We can ban the client’s social account permanently in case of continuous low ratings and reviews, causing fraud or facing disputes multiple time and found guilty.
If you don’t satisfy with our investigation results or you may think it’s a mistake, you can also ask to reinvestigate the dispute by reporting at support@ee-stone.com.

For Entrepreneurs:

Only EEStone registered users (EESocial, Social Media account) can create a company profile (Entrepreneur) to provide the services at EEStone.
You need to agree to Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before creating a company (Entrepreneur Profile) at EEStone.
You can create a new company in Main Menu > Services > Be an Entrepreneur.
You can only create a company when you can provide the services from the given field of services.
You need to have a proper knowledge and skills of a field of service you choose before creating a company (Entrepreneur Profile). Side skills i.e. Communication Skill would be a plus point.
It is necessary to set a map location of your workplace, office or house for creating a local service company.
You need to post your first service to continue after creating a company (Entrepreneur Profile).
You can post multiple fields of services from one company (Entrepreneur Profile).
You need to give the authentic contact details of your company.
Create at least one portfolio for your company. However, multiple portfolios would do better.
Post at least one milestone for your company, you can post as many as you like.
Insert some pictures of your company, team and services in Gallery option.
You can share your company links to different social medias.
Get more supporters to gain more value, trust and recognition.
Support new Entrepreneurs to support entrepreneurship and help them grow.
You can either work alone or add team members and manage them in EE-Panel.
You can manage your projects, clients, team/employees, and payments in EE-Panel.
A user can create only one company profile (Entrepreneur) but he/she can be part of other Entrepreneurs as a team.
You can find projects to your niche posted by clients in ‘Find Jobs’ of ‘Main Menu’.
You can send proposals to clients on their posted projects or find the proposal requests in ‘EE Alerts’.
You need to acknowledge the contract (official agreement) sent by the client before providing a service or start working.
After the contract is built, you can chat, video meetings and share files with the client until the contract ends.

Continuous high ratings (5 stars) and positive reviews can grow your service reach, high ranked profile, Level Up (Bronze > Silver > Gold > Platinum > Diamond) and work performance of your company.
Continuous low ratings (1-2 stars) can lower your service reach, low ranked profile, Level Down, lower work performance of your company or ban the company (Entrepreneur Profile) temporarily.
We can ban the Company (Entrepreneur profile) permanently in case of providing fake or duplicate services, causing fraud or facing disputes multiple times and found guilty.
In case of any fraud, crime or dispute you face from other party, you need to submit a dispute to EEStone (we, us) right away. Our team will manually investigate the issue within 48 hours and ban the client’s social account if guilty and necessary.
If you don’t satisfy with our investigation results or you may think it’s a mistake, you can also ask to reinvestigate the dispute by reporting at support@ee-stone.com.
